Pitagora is a very successful school situated in Split, Croatia. The school was originally established as a grammar school in 1997 and has grown to become an educational institution that consists of a grammar school, school of foreign languages and from 2015 a vocational school of Economics. Students come from a wide range of social and geographical backgrounds to form a well-ordered and harmonious community.
We believe that every student should have the opportunity to develop themselves academically, physically and personally, and we encourage participation in the wide range of sporting, musical and other opportunities we offer.
The school has long prided itself on the support for individuals and our staff show a very high level of commitment to students’ personal development. Pupil mobility has been a center of attantion since the begging of our school. During summer breaks pupils attend 10 day courses in London. We also support learning Italian through courses organised with Michelangello institute in Florence in 10th grade and German language learners through learning courses in Freiburg in 11th grade.
PJG Pitagora is an authorised Cambridge English Language Assesment centre, TOEFL and SAT center and has excellent opportunities for pupils to continue their studies abroad.
